ICMMS is a large integrated network city management system. It can not only satisfy the demands of public security supervision, city management, traffic control and emergency command, but also meet the requirements of disaster alarm, safety in production and image monitoring. Moreover, it can also realize integration of complement system (including alarm, access control, etc.) and linkage of broadcasting system.

For important sites such as airport, dock, oil depot, power plant, waterworks, bridge, embankment, river-way, underground, etc, a fully solid protection need be established. According to the different objects, various combined control modes with alarm, video and linkage can be provided. It can integrated the video monitoring system, alarm command and dispatching system, GPS vehicle burglarproof system, remote visual image transmitting system, remote intelligent telephone alarm and geography information system (GIS) in a whole, realizing real-timely linkage alarm, remote visualization and location monitoring for alibi as well as synchronous command and dispatch, which can effectively realize information freeway and improve the city security level from “ex-post control” to “prevention.

Take the integrated video monitoring project of a certain South Asian city as an example:

 Requirement description:

The video monitoring and managing platform can control 880 routes of cameras.

The platform has the intelligent video analysis function of 200 routes.

The system are required to provide 900TB local storage space, 300T central storage (1+1 backup) space with the capability of disaster recovery backup.

Set 60 HD snap cameras and 8 automatic identification servers at 8 main junctions.

The video monitoring and managing platform supports 60 common monitoring client-sides; it supports 60 management monitoring client-sides in the command center and provides around 68 video images displaying on the walls.

8 HD secure-accesses and secure-access systems are built to carry out continuous all-weather and real-time record on front feature picture, front seat figure and vehicle panoramic image of each motor vehicle going through the monitoring road, and to measure speed of the traveling vehicle.
